Urbasolar is a key French photovoltaic player and pioneer since 2006. We are fully integrated to the AXPO Group, a Swiss based utility with a leading position in energy markets across 30 countries in Europe, Americas, Asia and Africa. Through our solar division, we operate in the development, investment, construction and operation of photovoltaic plants and the supply of green electricity and advanced energy solutions for our customers in Europe (Italy, Spain, Germany and Poland).
The graduate starts as soon as possible, for a 3 year program with a first 6-months training in Italy by the team in place (Agencies of Rome or Milan) with a follow up of two years of autonomy, handling projects in our different countries around Europe, and finishing by 6 months, training the new graduate.
The Graduate will join our Construction team, as a Site Manager and will be trained and responsible for :
Leading, planning, controling and coordinating all the activities during the works.
Leading and coordinating contractor’s and subcontractor’s activities on site.
Being Responsible of the delivery of the equipment on site.
Being Responsible of verifying that the works is done in accordance with the local, national and international regulations.
Responsible of the HSEQ compliance on site.
Carrying out the controls of the conformity of the services at the end of the building sites.
Weekly reports responsible (construction progress report, inventory checklist, HSEQ report, machinery list…).
Reporting any hazards and risks that appear during the construction phase.
Being Responsible of the commissioning of the infrastructures.
Ensuring the tests, trials and operations prior to acceptance of the works in accordance with the Urbasolar QAP.
You have an engineering degree (civil, electrical or similar), and are willing to grow up in a multinational company focused on the transformation of the European energy system by constructing PV plants.
Speaking Italian and English is mandatory, Spanish, French or German is a plus.
“Preposto”, “primo soccorso” and “antincendio” certificates preferably obtained. The company can organize training sessions.
Good technical knowledge in electricity or civil works.
As a true conductor, you will be responsible for the proper conduct of the site. You are rigorous, autonomous and have a sense of responsibility.
You will be required to be 100% of your time on site and to travel extensively.
