The graduate starts on April 1st, 2025, with a first 6-month assignment at Urbasolar (Headquarter based in Montpellier or in our Parisian Agency) with a follow up by two other 6-months assignments chosen by the graduate. An international Assignment can be possible within AXPO Group offices based in Europe, The program is limited to 18 months with the option of a permanent position.
You will start your Graduate Program with a 1rst 6-months assignment as an Engineer fully integrated in the exploitation and supervision teams within the Department of Operations and Maintenance of Urbasolar:
Bring your specific skills to increase the technical and financial performance of a photovoltaic power plant fleet of 1.2 GW and 500 sites of various technology
Use your communication skills to collaborate with the diverse business units
Carry out transversal investigations and bring fresh ideas in order to improve the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic plants including plant performance analysis, FMECA (Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis) and proposals for continuous improvement
Enjoy the autonomy and creative control over innovative projects, while witnessing the tangible results of your work
Completed master's degree in an engineering school, specializing in electrical, mechanical or civil engineering.
First professional experience as an intern or Apprenticeship
Enthusiasm for technical topics in the renewable energy sector
Highly proficient in spoken and written English as well as French (C1), notions of German would be appreciated.
Passion for networking and collaborating with people from different backgrounds.
